You read that right.
It’s been just about three years and this podcast has helped me (and thankfully so many of you) on our journeys of becoming whoever we are becoming. I’ve made my healing and self-discovery path public because no one has ever taught us how to show up for ourselves, break the burnout streak, or anything of the like. Well, at least not in my experience.
I feel so full knowing we were able to grow together through the throws of life and I know this won’t be the last time I will share my experience in hopes that it could in turn add or expand your own exploration. But for now, enjoy the last episode of Just a Tip podcast.
Today, I reflect on my Just a Tip journey, and answer questions from creative director, Taylor Jade Edgin. Thank you for listening for the past three years. We’ve come a long way. Listen here:

Episode 148: Allow Yourself to Rest (w/ Clementine Yost)
For my 2021 Spotify Rewind this was my top podcast and I am not ashamed to say I replayed some episodes a bunch of times (60 episodes for a total of 14,441 minutes) LOL.
You might get this often but I'm extremely grateful for all the energy and work you put into Just a Tip. I first discovered it back in early 2020 and I always had this "oooo nice!" feeling when there was an episode that resonated with what I was going through/feeling at that moment in my life. Like you said, I haven't experienced any public figures (that I follow) that were so open and vulnerable with their struggles, journey, etc. and it was reassuring to know I wasn't alone and being expressive felt normalized. Again, I'm just all-around grateful for everything you've put out thus far.
Hope you have a great rest of your Friday!
