was able to finally listen to this yesterday, and it may be my favorite episode in a while. i could honestly listen to several more episodes of megan and allison talking about life and therapy. in some parts it felt like one of megan’s “stream of consciousness” posts from here, which was interesting and unexpected. such a change from how she was recently envisioning herself in five years being married with a kid or two. as the son of two workaholics, i can say that workaholics don’t always make the best parents, regardless of their intentions. idk if this is related to why megan has changed her mind - maybe she thinks she wouldn’t be able to balance family and work 🤷🏻♂️. i’m guessing it’s probably something else, but that was my first thought.
also i could really use that book coming out in april 🥲. i have all three of those conditions and they definitely play a part in my social life. i would also say my romantic life, but… lol.
