And once you know what your body needs from you, you can begin to grow.

Breath is one of the most powerful rhythms that exist within your body. For most of us, breathing isn’t something we think about. But what we don’t realize is the amount of air we take in, and how frequently we do, has an effect on our body’s response to a situation. Practicing breathwork, or the conscious control of your breathing, can help combat stress and fatigue.
